Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive experience with our programs. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our clients.

• 30-Day Hassle-Free Refund Guarantee: We offer a hassle-free 30-day refund guarantee for your initial subscription purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by emailing our billing team.

• Non-refundable Payments After 30 Days: After the initial 30 days of enrollment, all payments become nonrefundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscriptions. However, upon cancellation, access to the program will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

• Transaction Fee: Please note that refunds will incur a 4.5% Transaction Fee, which is a fee completed by the merchant processor and is non-refundable to Jusani Wellness LLC. This fee will be passed on to the client, and the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.

• Right to Deny Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our product. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of our programs and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

45-Day Conditional Guarantee

We stand behind the value of our programs and offer a 45-day Conditional Guarantee as an opportunity-based commitment, not a refund policy. To be eligible for this guarantee:

• You must have completed the full program.

• You must have attended the coaching calls live or watched all available replays.

• You must submit documented implementation of at least one key strategy taught in the program.

This guarantee allows us to honor serious clients who put the work in, not those who download materials and immediately request returns. We reserve the right to deny any guarantee claim that lacks proof of effort or violates the spirit of this offer.

Cancellation Policy

• Program Duration: Both the Jusani Wellness Intensive and the Jusani Wellness Syndicate operate on a monthly subscription basis, allowing for flexibility and continuous access to resources.

• Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, you must follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

  2. Subject Line: In the subject line, indicate "Jusani Wellness Participation Cancellation Request."

  3. Provide Details: In the email body, include your full name, the specific program you are enrolled in (Intensive or Syndicate), and the reason for cancellation (your feedback is valuable to us).

• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the program and all its materials will be removed at the end of your current billing cycle. If you wish to rejoin the program in the future, your progress will start fresh from month one.

• Company Termination: Jusani Wellness LLC reserves the right to terminate a user's subscription or access to the program in cases of violation of our terms of service or misuse of the program.

Payment Agreement

• Authorized Payment Method: By enrolling, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your designated payment method. This payment method will be used for all fee transactions until your agreement is terminated, and any outstanding fees are settled in full.

• Payment Schedule: Upon purchasing a Jusani Wellness program, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected program. Your credit card will be charged on the same date each month as your initial purchase.

• Cancellation and Outstanding Balances: If cancellation occurs during a billing cycle, access to the Program will continue until the end of that cycle. Any remaining balances are your responsibility, regardless of usage.

• Right to Modify Terms: We reserve the right to modify our pricing and payment terms at our discretion. Notice of any changes will be provided on our website and through email communication. Continued use of our programs after such changes implies acceptance of the updated pricing and payment terms.
